Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

So, my men's small group is wondering if we should switch from WhatsApp to something else due to new terms of service. They can't decide if we should go with Tinder, Grindr, or AOL Messenger. I'm suggesting we get an OnlyFans account so we can make money while we rant and pray.

@jasondebolt @IBatrinac U realize those rates are adj & tied to an index? What index is urs tied 2? Ask people who did this in 1999 AOL/INTC how they feel. Bigger issue is, all the people like you borrowing on margin, when stock drops or interest rises will sell stock 2 pay, dropping stock even quicker.

@greta What is incredibly ironic is that users are what make up a social network. Absent the users, they've got a bunch of useless code. Remember MySpace? AOL: You've Got Mail? Netscape Navigator? Hotmail? Lycos? I grew up at the perfect time to see them all come and go. It can happen.

@aolmail @AOLSupportHelp the majority of my old emails have vanished from my primary aol account. Tech support requires a paid subscription? Why should I pay to get help with an issue that is clearly a server issue
