Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

@karaswisher I worked at AOL and Friendster back in the day, so it always makes me both proud and a little chagrined when they're cited as proof that yes, indeed, seemingly dominant platforms do fail and fall into irrelevance all the time 🤭
