@Cook_Estates @AOLSupportHelp At least I'm not the only one, was just on point of thumping laptop in frustration. 🙄 So will remain calm, now I know it's not problem at my end.

  • ding_dong1967 Donna Connor (@ding_dong1967) reported from Sittingbourne, England

Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

AOL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bhartzer Bill Hartzer (@bhartzer) reported

@syndk8 @JohnMu Aaah, that makes sense. Probably more to do with old or outdated browsers that cause an issue. I know even in the USA there are still people accessing the internet using an AOL account using dialup internet.

  • twtinc Bing **** (@twtinc) reported

for anyone who's stuck in the same situation - @verizon.net email no longer seems to work with prior authentication settings. Only OAuth 2 works (which #Thunderbird client on PC/Mac automatically recognizes btw). On Android the only solution is either AOL app

  • OLaverly Hi O'laverly (@OLaverly) reported

@KungFuMan316 Yep. Every other day, I hear about some kid either getting outted for being in some discord/group chat, or some discord get outted for allowing kids. I swear it didn't used to be this bad, even back in the AOL chatroom days.

  • LinMize Linda Misner (@LinMize) reported

Why have you changed access to our emails on iPhone and outlook? With no warning, we can no longer access new emails on our devices without using the AOL browser. This is not working for us! Help! @AOLSupportHelp @aolmail

  • ElGueroVergas El Guero (@ElGueroVergas) reported

@TVGenius Did it come from an AOL email? Wtf

  • WhaleYourFace BringBackTheWhale (@WhaleYourFace) reported

@chrisneffcomedy AOL makes millions a year from people that never cancelled their dial-up service

  • David_Jagneaux David Jagneaux (@David_Jagneaux) reported

Just realized how complicated it's going to be to explain to my son that I met his mom in an AOL chat room. "So it's like Discord, but I grew up poor so I could only go online when your grandma wasn't on the telephone and when a CD came in the mail every now and then."

  • montauksunset Karin Gehm Barrett (@montauksunset) reported

@ChrisWennermark @AOLSupportHelp Apparently got nowhere went round & round w/ DM’s & essentially feel like they’re telling me I need to correct some thing on my end when I didn’t change anything & it apparently is numerous users & not me as an individual user which means it’s the AOL servers that have a problem

  • PureGlimmer86 Mara (@PureGlimmer86) reported

@rudelilpig I remember defending it on AOL message boards. I now know it's awful but I was all "IT LOOKED LIKE A NORMAL MOVIE SO BETTER"

  • montauksunset Karin Gehm Barrett (@montauksunset) reported

@srwalker41 @AOLSupportHelp Sadly from what I’ve been dealing with all day AOL doesn’t seem to think it’s their problem though there are tons of users who have encountered the same issue it’s obviously a server issue on their end not us as the users
