  Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

  Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

  AOL have deleted more than half of the saved emails in my inbox and now I’ve lost the email containing the serial codes for Eleanor Forte AI, Synth V Studio Pro and Natsuki Karin AI. I’ve managed to send an email to Anicute but AHS want a support number (was in a deleted email…)

  @gordie_smith Eventbrite was a horrible public company. AOL is an ice cube. You can make really good money buying them cheap and running them off (or turning them around), but it works way better in private markets w 5-10 year horizons. Most of the companies that do this well (that I’m aware of) are privately held. Opentext would be an example of a public one. Super low multiples, pretty crappy performance (although did well early on when it was smaller). I wish them a ton of luck, but I just expect over a multi-year horizon, the market will decide it hates the stock even if they make good decisions and create value.

  @StarbuckasFRO7 @DiscussingFilm Well WB is dead weight essentially. No matter the merger or sale Warner Brothers has dragged that company down. Time, Turner Broadcasting, AOL, AT&T, and Discovery have lost substantially because of them.

  @FCJaymes All I had was AOL IM and very limited texts even in high school, and none of that before haha. Social media is horrible for the mind of a kid. I can't imagine growing up with it. It would have been an entirely different experience, and I doubt in a good way

  @BrianRoemmele "Family Drθne!" & the IE-like window that the desktop is *inside of* & the smooth progress bar & AOL never looked like that this is what you get with people who weren't there - and guess what, this is NORMAL in human history.
