    @theretrobyte I think I would still have been with Dungeon/FlexNet back then. Never used any of the likes of AOL, Freeserve, etc.

    @DBStonks @JTSEO9 when is the last time anyone you know asked to be paid via PayPal? The are the AOL of payment systems with high fees, bad customer service.

    Does anyone remember all the AOL floppy discs and then cd’s that were on so many magazines? What a terrible waste they were and no doubt filling landfills. Hate to think how many there were.

    @jnlgame @XboxSoftmodKit Yeah I think all together it was like 5 of us that had DSL/AOL that we could run Classic WoW with zero issues back then. Good old days… some EverQuest but you know me mainly Star Wars Galaxies.

    @RJRCapital I rode worldcom, it was probably super super oversold when I bought it, probably rode it down another 80%. Didn’t fall for AOL or Enron though
