@edsbs As someone in customer service, this is surprisingly the problem a lot of the time. Once had an old guy who told me that he still used the old AOL interface less than a year ago.

Just saw a viral TikTok of some woman talking about a dude she knew from like AOL or some **** when they were 11 and she wanted to find him. So people who recognized his name just gave her his phone number so she could text him???? DON’T ******* DO THAT.
