Awful and that isn't a criticism of the kids , but more of the structure that currently exists. Not the infrastructure, as the AOL speaks for itself, but the coaching and recruitment model in places , needs a total root-and-branch reform of the way the Academy is managed. #SAFC

@FrieselRobert The internet is a big anonymous cesspool of bad behavior. Has been since AOL floppies were inserted into our drives. After 30+ years of it, I don’t let it get to me anymore. My standing reaction is “Whatever” (Delete/Block).

@WOWCare After your lack of communication and continued service issues over the last week, I seriously doubt that I will ever go back to WOW. AOL dialup was more reliable.
