Victor Meldrew moment! Ordered a new oven from @AOL for delivery today. Given a 7.00am until 7.00pm delivery slot. Rang now will not be delivered until next Sunday. Not informed of anything. Asked the service department about what they can do to correct it! Nothing. Cancelled.

I did. AOL screwed me over. Bad comments from customer service. They messaged me. Then the contract says. Responsible for negligence. I'm not though. I don't care. I didn't message.

@artisannes @AOLSupportHelp Yes, going on three weeks now. No resolution offered other than to click “not spam” from AOL who admits they are having issues but don’t know when or if they will be resolved. Basically we have to check both folders from now on.
