Victor Meldrew moment! Ordered a new oven from @AOL for delivery today. Given a 7.00am until 7.00pm delivery slot. Rang now will not be delivered until next Sunday. Not informed of anything. Asked the service department about what they can do to correct it! Nothing. Cancelled.

@AOLSupportHelp @kaysandiego Still no response to any of my tweets or a reasonable acknowledgement that there is some broader issue going on. This cannot be a problem with individual accounts as multiple people are reporting the sane error message. Please resolve first by addressing this as factual

@aolmail Yes, I accessed them through safari no problem. There is just an issue with the mail account on iPhone asking for a password when the password is already in. Just like others it seems.

@MathieuPAGES @AOLSupportHelp That’s useful. I’m surprised they didn’t inform ALL users of the issues and the possibility. Was this possible without having to remove the AOL account from the Android mail browser? The biggest fear is that mail or notes may get lost.
