Can’t say I would never go over to another site. I been on the internets since I was a kid. AOL chatrooms to start. Then every other platforms you can name. Twitter was just my longest run.

@richsignorelli @atrupar I see it going down just like old aol's 2.95 an hour chat boards. Though in defense of pain $2.95 an hour for AOL you had at least an educated group of people because others couldn't afford it outside of their 10 hours of free chat.

@CarterversePod @ThatBrashBlonde @spacecowboy8605 I still say I believe she talked to a catfish on aol as a kid posing to be Aaron and when he started touring again in 2013 she went and met him. She never met him prior to then and it was at concerts or fan events. He slept with ALOT of fans on tour. Doesn’t shock me he did that

During the late 80s and 90s, lots of us did pay for a service like Twitter. CompuServe, Prodigy, AOL. I subscribed to the first, and also, locally, ECHO. ECHO was cool. I don't remember anyone declaring, "ECHO should pay me."

@InaTailHedged My investing has been horrific, scary bad the last few weeks. Excluding buying the next AOL and selling today for profit in celebration of firing 11k at $META

@AOC @aol this is why you fail as a leader. You haven’t chosen to divide rather than bring us together.

@mfratto @signalapp The most amusing part of this for me is that the people now running signal product roadmap now actually think we're stupid enough to recruit other people to use signal when they've just deadheaded the platform for us. They probably used to work at AOL so they can't help it

Lol anyone paying $8 per month for social media. You realize how trendy **** is already? I’ve left Myspace, AOL chat rooms, Facebook already. I have no problem moving away from Twitter.
