@billyhammock it just don't mix very well Aside from Sony, whenever a tech company gets their hands on a media company, it's always a complete disaster WB alone had TWO tech companies as it's parent (AOL and AT&T) and the latter literally left them in very bad shape

@glhf_blockchain @twterblows @SamHarrisOrg Zuck lobbied the gov when he was 11 in 1996? LOL Zeran v. AOL "Lawsuits seeking to hold a service liable for its exercise of a publisher's traditional editorial functions – such as deciding whether to publish, withdraw, postpone or alter content – are barred"

  • Ever19Tower Eric (@Ever19Tower) reported

@AOL What the hell is going on with your mail servers? FFS fix it.

  • BowTiedFirefox BowTiedFireFox (@BowTiedFirefox) reported

@BowTiedBull so from failing to curve their infra cost, we know their management sucks. Unless Brian Armstrong nuke their management and build it from the ground up, I don't think they can curve their expense. Probly end up like AOL, great engineers, horrible management

  • Erfanh1995 Erfan Hosseini (@Erfanh1995) reported

So @AOL's "one-time password for third-party mail apps" has been down for almost 3 months apparently and they seem to be completely silent about it which only means one thing; they want to force us to download their crappy mail app. Have fun losing your most loyal customers!
