    @AOLSupportHelp I’m having issues receiving mail on the Mail App in my iPhone. When I try to do a password reset, I get advised that I can’t be signed in at the moment and to try again later! Please help as not had emails in 10 days!

    switch to landscape mode, so I can more easily read small text. Honestly, this is pathetic. Whoever is responsible for this build for the Android App needs to be fired, and you need to FIX IT! I've had AOL since modem days. Perhaps it's time to only use my Gmail account.

    @AOL Did you have anyone even TEST the new build of the Android App? -If a new email comes in, it switches from the email I'm reading to the email list. -If I try to scroll down, it often flips to the next email -A bunch of my folders aren't there anymore. -I can no longer

    when i was making sure i got as many AOL cd's as i could so my mother wouldn't give me the look for asking for them and we were dialing up; i never saw this for the internet..

    @designergirla @AOL @AOLSupportHelp Standard practice is to initially tell the user it is their fault first. Many times it is and often the users will fix it themselves, even if only long enough to make them go away for a bit. Half the problem is the "experts" their end know almost nothing (in most companies now).
