    .@AOLSupportHelp @aolproducts @AOL came up with an awful new format for android phones. Took away the times from the email listing. Got rid of great one-step key to move emails from old to new, which allowed me to shift through them quickly. Now it's a wasteful 2-step process.

    Looks like I lost my mail account of over 15 years 😭😭😭 Thanks for nothing @AOL @aolmail going back and forth with the costumer support was a disaster and resulted in a “We can’t help you”.

    After the AOL merger, TNT rebranded as “We Know Drama” & became the Law & Order network for a few years. Even TBS rebranded into playing butchered PG versions of comedies. (2/2)

    @fractality Correct! Definitely a sign of longevity in an industry. The broader point is that so many folks starting out in business think they have to have slick branding, killer website, etc. But if you can deliver a better-than-average service with an AOL (or a gmail) account, you'll win
