@AOLSupportHelp And have you drilled down on the Abuse page ? Appears to be about abusing AOL services and/or reporting individual email (with message headers !! How ?). I want to COMPLAIN about scam email. No other means of reducing spam, AOL is sitting on hands.

It also needs to be said that "we're going to talk **** about you in the Slack!!!" is such weak sauce and so powerless. I'm not a millennial. I don't need to control every little AOL AIM comment to know my own value and strength. Their tantrums are truly their problems to sort.

  • robsterwarrior MrRobster (@robsterwarrior) reported

@AOLSupportHelp My work ‘experience’ is a decade in Information Security, such as blocking spam email for 1000 staff. My own AOL spam ‘experience’ meanwhile is appallingly bad and feels like nothing has changed in 20 years.

  • RalphtheBold Ralph Harbison (@RalphtheBold) reported

@TheKWCBlog I am an early adaptor Gen X. Even my generation has this issue. And some still use AOL email
