    @RossKneeDeep Things I’ve used in the last year: check book (to find my routing and account numbers) aol account (to finally cancel my wife’s Taste of Home subscription) and a postcard, (because some Kimpton hotels mail their own postcards from their hotels for free via usps)

    @reprinted3D @SirayaTech @snapmaker I never used AOL or compuserve. I first had internet in 1992. Had my First htm (before it was largely called html) based website in 92, made by notepad. Had a couple geocities and angelfire sites also. Browsed using Netscape.

    @james_xond Outside of school it was landlines, cell phones (after a certain time only, otherwise it was stupid expensive) or AOL instant messenger.

    This **** probably looked so fire on my slow *** desktop that still used AOL dial up for Internet

    @cyberat2600 I tried this on a very similar computer when we got an AOL disk in the mail. The little epson computer was too slow even for the time and could barely handle the AOL software.

    @RalphsTarot @Soaringeagle45 I was never into AOL either. Compuserve and BBSs were more my speed.
