@Meidas_Samantha I was using the social media of the time around 1980. Usenet news. Back then the Internet was created by geeks for geeks. Using it was, in itself, an intelligence test which kept the level of debate up. Then the suits found it and AOL made it easy and the tone went way down.

@AOL hi could someone help me with permanently blocking an email address from emailing me. I tried but still comes through in my spam amd I don’t wish to hear from this person at all

I have been online for a LONG time. I’m talking since AOL and rural ******* dial up. And let me tell you I have run with Wild Bunch on it. But, I have NEVER ******* seen anybody banned from as many platforms as the flaming yam.

I was also in this AOL message board in middle school (01-03) where we’d describe our outfits down to the jewelry and makeup and other people would rate them and give suggestions.
