    Oh my ...@Hermesparcels seems to have decided to become AOL , surely a company with this level of customer service must fail? Never order from a site if Hermes has anything to do with delivery - unless you love frustration and excuses #CustomerService #customerexperience

    @mercuryasc FUCKK yeah it was a lifesaver but it was so mf old that glitchy **** happened all the mf TIME.... and then when aol said they were GETTING RID OF IT ENTIRELY??? i knew i was left with no choice but to go to twt but i really didnt want to accept that </3

    @lendistry You could at least provide an update. What is the problem? When do you expect it to be operational? We are sitting here for 6 hours trying to access a webpage like we are using AOL dial-up.
