Amanda Shortman (she/her) (@aspiraldance) reported@Dewiwrites @MGMasonBooks I got 1... never had an AOL email, we were with ntl, remember them? I feel way too old though hearing that Dewi didn't even know what a Walkman was 😭 This is why Millennial is such a weird generation - I'm a Millennial, but still did most of those things.

Tim Hamilton (@TSHamiltonAstro) reported@redneckgeisha I’m a 2 for MySpace and AOL. I had a grad school account for email, so I never needed AOL. By the time my sister talked me into getting a social media account, MySpace and Facebook were about as popular, & I didn’t know which was which. She said FB was the more grown-up one.
-
Lars Gossard (@gossardla) reported@16bitnostalgia 3 ... neither had a MySpace account nor an AOL email address, also never paid for something with a paper check.
-
luce (she/they) (@thingslucyreads) reported@librijess Two for me too. Do they realise AOL is a purely US thing?? Probably not, it’s the US. I’ve also never had anything to do with a fax machine. Bizarre technology even by 90s standards.

Storm Warning Mom✨️ (@StormWarningMom) reported@redneckgeisha Other than hating AOL and never being interested in My Space, all those other things I have done. Surprised there wasn't a line in there about pagers.
-
Madeline ~ (@MaddiMatilda) reported@mmpadellan I got one point. I never had an AOL account or email address.

Blastgoggles🐀 (@Blastgoggles) reported@RainTheDriger @emithegoat 2 here. Never social enough to care about myspace even in it's hayday, and AOL E-mail was more an american thing. I am STILL paying for rent with paper cheques because my property management is draconian.
-
Markus Helberg (He/Him) (@MarkusHelberg) reported@liturgicalgay 3 Points. Never had a MySpace Account or an AOL email address and never paid with a paper check.

Emi the goat - @emithegoat@meow.social (@emithegoat) reported@RainTheDriger 3 points. I had no interest in myspace, and AOL adresses and the paper check thing is primarily an America thing X) At least I've never known anyone that's paid for anything with a paper check ever IRL.
