Awful and that isn't a criticism of the kids , but more of the structure that currently exists. Not the infrastructure, as the AOL speaks for itself, but the coaching and recruitment model in places , needs a total root-and-branch reform of the way the Academy is managed. #SAFC

@_TheShiv_ I know for me it comes from the AOL/AIM days where (at least in my experiences) if you were online and available, you were being rude by not replying. That has 100% changed with the rise of async communication, but I still apologise for prolonged reply times

AOL gave no warning to its customers. They just abruptly switched to this AWFUL format. And want to know the punchline?
