Awful and that isn't a criticism of the kids , but more of the structure that currently exists. Not the infrastructure, as the AOL speaks for itself, but the coaching and recruitment model in places , needs a total root-and-branch reform of the way the Academy is managed. #SAFC

@EquusFemina @AOLSupportHelp I'm now getting emails come through (though not all of the tests that I sent myself) and I have had one sent successfully too. Hopefully the problem is now sorted, but there is about 2 hours where I think if anyone sent us an email then they've probably been lost!

@SouthwestAir your wifi is worse than my Mormon grandmas AOL 2.0 dial up connection . Worst $8 ever spent 😖 On other note, the complimentary crackers were a great treat. -Hawaii Doug
