StuT (@tenchylad) reported from Sunderland, EnglandAwful and that isn't a criticism of the kids , but more of the structure that currently exists. Not the infrastructure, as the AOL speaks for itself, but the coaching and recruitment model in places , needs a total root-and-branch reform of the way the Academy is managed. #SAFC

DEAD EYE (@SouzaScott) reported@LayahHeilpern Imagine SpaceNet the super app for phones, and desktops. By using a closed network, separate from the internet as we know it and by using a full fledged application like AOL did he could rewrite the internet. He could literally create an online utopia!

King Cas 🏁 (@DjayCas) reportedToday I’m sending placement checks out to my coproducers. The younger version of me is confused why we’re not posting Black Friday sales on here and hitting up every potential customer on AOL Instant Messenger. Which is actually how I met @RushDeeOfficial 11 years ago.

dcChuck (@dcChuck) reported@AOLSupportHelp your App Password generator has been down for at least a week...any chance it will restored?

Not a parody: into Liberals & Commies (@PurpleWOrange) reported@OccamsBattleaxe I'm old enough to remember that AOL began life as Compuserve, an online service for the Commodore 64
-
jw (@woolfhound) reportedHi @AOL, I'm trying to delete my late father's account and the online process just says "you can't do that" and your phone support people have no idea how anything works. It's pretty bad!
-
BluntlyBarbie (@BluntlyBarbie) reported@thestraygoose @Uber_Support yeah that's what it's for moreso than my twice a month "eat out" food delivery budget & my never leaves the property *** lol canceling the service reminded me of trying to leave AOL (3 Months Free!)

💉ShatteredUniverse | GET EQUIPPED w/ BOOSTER SHOT (@PBergsWasTaken) reported@_Rewhan 3) At the ABSOLUTE CLOSEST point between Earth and Mars, it takes ~4:20 (🔥) for an electromagnetic wave (traveling @ lightspeed), and TWENTY-ONE at worst. Imagine having internet on Mars (first imagine BEING on Mars) that's slower than AOL because it has a 21-minute latency.

d (@guavaqt) reported@notgriswold @Adaora_ble @pschfr Moral of the story here is to not take **** at face value ever cuz people can definitely lie on the internet. Source: survived AOL forums as a like 7/8 year old lmao

Happy Holidays! May your every wish come true! (@TikiRose) reported@elonmusk I hate @Apple due to their requirements that I am limited as to how many computers that I can register the music I bought under various logons. I never kept track and Apple is a a-hole for demanding that I should have. Apple once had an agreement with @AOL.

Mrs.Mouf (@TwistedSprite) reported@marnes These people never would have survived AOL chat rooms.
