Awful and that isn't a criticism of the kids , but more of the structure that currently exists. Not the infrastructure, as the AOL speaks for itself, but the coaching and recruitment model in places , needs a total root-and-branch reform of the way the Academy is managed. #SAFC

@DeltaFox_SC @starwars It is a smash for the network that puts it out. It doesn't have to smash against other networks/shows in order to be successful. My startup made millions. Our investors considered it a smash. Was it as big as AOL? No but we became a billion dollar company. That's how markets work
