Victor Meldrew moment! Ordered a new oven from @AOL for delivery today. Given a 7.00am until 7.00pm delivery slot. Rang now will not be delivered until next Sunday. Not informed of anything. Asked the service department about what they can do to correct it! Nothing. Cancelled.

Still waiting for the 5G to kick in after my second Covid shot. I might need to message Bill Gates and tell him I’m having connectivity issues with the microchip. Internet is still just one step above dial up at this point. Maybe I should go back to AOL. #Covid #PfizerVaccine

@causalinf My dad’s job gave us free 56k internet at home so we never dealt with AOL. I was extremely confused by my friend’s AOL internet the first time I saw it.

@GwenNorth14 Years ago a grandson tried to get me online with him and his friends, tell him don't do that, just play the grand kids till he is good. Then play others online way back in the day (AOL days) I tried online gaming it was no fun and I never went back

@stillgray You fail to grasp that it's still speculative and act like every crypto will work. Hell, BTC can fail. Remember AOL? It's more nuanced obviously but the same over arching principal.

@sadafra1 @AOLSupportHelp I had similar experience. I tried reaching out to the support service but they weren't helpful. I had to chat up @RAYMOND_HACKIES and he helped recovered my suspended account. Kindly contact him, I believe he can help recover your account too.
