@TC_Johnson @scba @joncamfield I used AOL in 95... in college and first apartment...exceptionally poor that year... could abuse those free trials.

  • GhostArchetype The Beautiful Underground (@GhostArchetype) reported

Every single ad on the radio just now, during a 15 minute drive were all about real estate and how to invest in it. Sound familiar? It's as bad as when AOL used to send out those CDs to everyone. When everyone is investing in the same thing the collapse is coming.

  • jamiegearns James Gearns (@jamiegearns) reported

@CooroSnowFox @TranquiloClubYT Wasn't just those guys. In fact, I wouldn't include Flair in there. He was kind of yesterday's news by 97 and moved down the card. Guaranteed contracts, with creative control clauses, and crappy booking, along with new bosses(time warner/aol) killed wcw.

  • YoCallMeRob Hi I'm Rob (@YoCallMeRob) reported

@TheComebackSpot @MeelzTV Them AOL message boards were a bad place

  • amycapetta Amy Capetta (@amycapetta) reported

@carlivatiron Health writer. A few years ago when I wrote for AOL, the comments underneath my articles were anything but kind. “She sucks!” “She’s ugly!” and “Fire her!” were the typical responses. The site eventually disabled the comment feature

  • dancemythh Dan Smith (@dancemythh) reported

@joeseleski I would actually cry. I know he can put bid leonis’ AOL money lol. **** he’d probably move the team back to Baltimore and convince the city to build a new convention center (which we really need anyway).

  • PCrakah Stupidity Adverse (Not Plant Centered) (@PCrakah) reported

@Neoavatara @Shall_Issue He’s never been anything more than a fake POS. He couldn’t even ride a skateboard without looking as clueless as AOL trying to assemble furniture.

  • SickEconomics SickEconomics (@SickEconomics) reported

@MarkGutman9 $UBER is about to become the AOL or MySpace of rideshare. The economics of Uber never worked with a human driver. Never. Finally they've raised their prices dramatically and they're making $. But growth will be very limited. They're just too expensive. Cue: Waymo, Cruise, etc

  • ClassyEarlGrey Dug’s Battle Buddy 🇺🇦🌻 (@ClassyEarlGrey) reported

@FossilLocator @azcentral I once had to Google “how to cancel AOL” bc they made it impossible. Then learned dozens of states attorneys general were suing them for making it impossible.
