@AOL got the worst customer service. Been a member since 2009, I’m locked out my email because their website is not accepting my two factor but instead of helping me they forcing me to get a monthly fee in other to reset my password. That is so nonsense.

@AOLSupportHelp @JoeyGonz525 don't bother, the support here is worthless. free service, i got stuck with this thanks to verizon making this our email. so, it is not free, verizon paid for this.

When it’s ya fault that the website is not taking the two factor. How is that fair @AOL how ya gonna force a plan on your customers for simple help. I’ve been a customer for yearsss & never heard about this before
