What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

@YveBlake Cord or wireless were equally found in the household. Usually 2 lines for working class households. Don't know what middle class even means anymore back then to now. It's like we've regressed economically. Never saw long phone cords but it likely changed with the onset of AOL

@AOLSupportHelp hi, I've tried to access my emails today but everytime I click on the email, the email loads up momentarily them vanishes before I have chance to read it. I can't access my old, saved or trash mail either. Are you having issues at present
