    Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

    @CedricMcMillan5 @FadeAwayMedia Yes. That is what everyone claims. It actually went down hill during the AOL Time warner deal and sold away. Everyone forgets about that.

    @Soaringeagle45 19 of 20. I never had an AOL email address. I was on the "web" before AOL offered internet access. (It was around before that, but not as an ISP.)

    @LexiAIexander Not crazy making, it's by design. AI frustrates the customer & impedes any real change to the account because even canceling a subscription becomes a tour de force with its labyrinthian path to a result. My old cable company has this system which replicates AOL in its last days.

    Shotty product mockups: • Old AOL email addresses. • People who never open emails. • Filtering bad leads manually after opt-in. Professional product mockups: • Custom domains. • Reputable brands in adjacent markets • People that actually open and read your emails. The difference is night and day.

    @SnowHimbo my mother...a learned woman..like not an idiot couldn't fathom that a randomizer might be involved if AI was asked to make a choice not weighted...or that it simply wouldn't be lying...its wild how hoodwinked this generation before AOL chatrooms & bots are to customer service lines at best.

    @ERCboxoffice For the record, I don't side with various media mergers: If Netflix won in the above proposed merger, I would still oppose it. I tend to not be a fan of these media mergers. AOL TimeWarner should have not been allowed. Microsoft getting Activision Blizzard was a bad idea. SkyDance getting Paramount? Horrible. Disney getting 20CF? Stupid. Now, the 2006 Disney-Pixar merger I do side with. Disney getting Marvel and Lucasfilm? Wish the smaller 20CF got both of those companies.
