Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

  • RrmetroldRose Rose Gold (@RrmetroldRose) reported from Ashford, England

@aolmail are you able to advise on problem with emails today?

@MomAngtrades @TraderRiyal You didn't get the message in his aol group chat about the paid service?

  • ttroutma Todd (@ttroutma) reported

@cwbrumm @Skonc33 @hodgetwins You uke flaggers are like AOL users hitting Usenet back in the day. It’s a retard army, if you haven’t noticed it, well… mostly it’s probably just a low rent shill farm running most of the accounts.

  • kryptosis9 Mr. Arrogánt (@kryptosis9) reported

WTF is Twitter Spaces? Is that like a live-action AOL chatroom?

  • CamronKing17 Camron King (@CamronKing17) reported

@aolmail I'm not letting this problem go. You sent me to a dodgy link then stopped responding.

  • CamronKing17 Camron King (@CamronKing17) reported

@aolmail I literally cannot DM you. Your inbox isn't open and the link you sent sends me to my own inbox. I don't understand why it's so hard to get through to someone who can help

  • Michael_Lancer Michael Lancer (@Michael_Lancer) reported

This younger generation will never know the struggle of online dating through an AOL chat room using a 14.4K dial up modem. #aol #tinderswindler

  • CamronKing17 Camron King (@CamronKing17) reported

It's pretty clear that all AOL is interested in doing is bouncing me around different areas till I give up so they don't actually have to help.

  • DaakkDaakk Daakk the Alien Robot (@DaakkDaakk) reported

@LawrenceMail Who's on the phone?!? Hang up! I want to check my AOL mail!!

  • seacretmermaids 𝙉𝙚𝙤𝙣 𝙅𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣 (@seacretmermaids) reported

@thotsofblue It was a simpler time. You enter an AOL chat room, you ask ASL, and you find the right person to make terrible, cyber love to.

  • againstempiric1 magee (@againstempiric1) reported

@goodalexander Disagree with F). Small growing faster than larger? That is often a bad sign of no moat. Were people ever wanting yahoo search or AOL or whatever to grow faster than google search? Nope the largest took over everything. Similar story for most winners.
