Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

@MetastaticM I’m sick of it....& I’m an old woman. It used to be fun in the old AOL chats, but being hit on here when we’re just trying to share info is despicable! There are dating apps for this crap.

I've been on the Internet since AOL 2.0, but I will never understand why certain dudes willingly and publicly sort themselves into identity groups based on characteristics anyone else would ascribe to "losers".

"News" already shut down the story of the hour, The Biden Story. Check; apple, AOL, your local TV stations ... No more talk about Biden. I placed a comment on Time's last story few hours ago, no one has seen it. #fakenews #enemyofthepeople

  • AveryJo_ Avery Jones, M.T.A | Publicist | Event Strategist (@AveryJo_) reported

.@AOL too many hackers have stolen users' accounts, exporting contacts, and adding more “reply to” as a second sender address. Then your technicians #customerservice push #LifeBlock for $15.99 to restore fully restore the account. Your sales plan sucks. Big scam.

You could argue Layer 1 is actually the Browser, which was more competitive than the OS btw.. I never saw Google, it was Yahoo, Alta Vista, SpeakEasy, AOL (ETH imo), Netscape, Earthlink, Hotmail, and 50 more easy
