@AOLSupportHelp I need to get into my account but I have to verify my account first but the account they sent to the verification email to is the one I’m trying to get in to. I’m going to cry 😭. Why is there no customer service available that I don’t have to pay for?

@bookoisseur In the spring it turned out my dad had three Amazon accounts. One of them had prime (?). We couldn’t reset one of the passwords because the email was his AOL account, which for some reason “stopped working,” never to begin again. ????????

@bullcitystorm @MotherOfDoggons We have a friend over who’s recently divorced, and she’s doing the online dating. It sounds terrible. Not like the aol instant messenger I used to hustle back in the day.

@MikeBusby6 386SX or DX? Because running chemical engineering programs on an SX was...awful... Yes, and those CS/AOL bills were awful, you could only play the signup games for so long. Not to mention, long distance phone calls were a thing then too.

@bibbityboosadan @ThisIsTomLittle @qikipedia Verizon acquired them, and AOL, and decided to sonically-weld them together, in one nostalgia-infused pile of garbage. Sure that they'll suck up Lycos, and Kodak, eventually, too...
