Victor Meldrew moment! Ordered a new oven from @AOL for delivery today. Given a 7.00am until 7.00pm delivery slot. Rang now will not be delivered until next Sunday. Not informed of anything. Asked the service department about what they can do to correct it! Nothing. Cancelled.

The amount of times I have been locked out of my @AOL account and the lack of support is astounding. No support without credit card info and a recovery system that is not even capable of sending recovery codes before they expire.

Google knows what you are searching for, Facebook knows who you are and what you like (you listed it for them!). Any semi-anonymous messaging service cannot serve as that valuable of an advertising platform. The other option is subscription fees (AOL model) but you need value
