@FoxBusiness I remember when AOL flooded the country with CD’s of their program with the misleading “free” trial offer that would automatically bill your credit card with no way to cancel. AOL was basically a credit fraud scheme. I wonder what his scam is this time.

@motomatters @stavvy1 We adapt, adjust & move on, David. Once upon a time MySpace was it; AOL or MSN before that. Nothing is too big to fail. & I'm sorry, Twitter may be a place of words for you, but it is much more to others. I do think Mastodon is close to achieving critical mass as a replacement.

@jack_daniel I have been thinking about those as email addresses. Some of your friends are using aol, some are using MSN.... At least it's not as bad as those damn fidonet email addresses :)

@DanielleNicki Interesting? That's a long list. When I was a teenager I moved across country to live with a girl I had met in an AOL chat room, and had never met in person until I got there.

AEW is a public relations nightmare. I’m telling you guys right now, it will be viewed upon worse than ECW, UWF, Heroes of Wrestling, TNA etc Nobody will ever falsely dare call WCW a failure, they got sold due to a garbage AOL/Time Warner merger and went out with dignity.

Just heard the publication Playbill will be leaving Twitter. They join many others yet we have that murderous, cowardly punk Rittenhouse incessantly tweeting about how he was wronged by the public. Bizarro World. **** don’t change by Christmas I’m back in the AOL Chat Rooms!

@davidfrum I think the entertainment behemoth, Time Warner’s merger with the glorified chat room, AOL was the worst business blunder in American history. A $100 billion dollar blunder. I should know, I was working there at the time and we all suffered terrible financial losses.
