I've long felt that FB/Meta will go the way of Yahoo & AOL. They'll struggle to find a hit/the next thing. It's crazy (but I see why) to me that they destroy the experience of the user base they already have. Why would more people join your service when you make it so unpleasant?

Way back in the day on AOL some dude claiming to be Rey Jr told me to always follow my dreams. I let that Rey Jr down…..the real one too I guess.

I'd known about #DnD but never played. Not even the geeks/nerds in my school played, as far as I know. And most of my schools have always been predominantly Black, so there was no representation. (I did do a lot of text based RPing on AOL tho)

@DigitalDragonCo I still have my apple link email address that is now aol! I was in from the beginning! People wonder why I still use aol… I’ve never once had a problem… and it’s nostalgic! 🤩
