@elonmusk One couldn’t make America great and some ******* whose cars suck at auto driving overspent on aol 10.0

  • CryptoBlades300 CryptoBladesmith300blk (@CryptoBlades300) reported

@IsaacS19T @DonutOperator Seriously. Like they never actually left the computer station since AOL dropped Messenger.

  • Loislane6045 Jennifer Rodgers (@Loislane6045) reported

@JackPosobiec It definitely sucks for these people. I can sympathize as I’ve been “there” myself. I’ve worked for AOL Patch and hibu (community magazines). Both did mass layoffs on phone calls. It doesn’t feel fair and I hate that it happens but it’s business - it’s actually that simple.

  • IamScottHodges IamScottHodges (@IamScottHodges) reported

@EricStangel aol screen names might help too.

  • DanCakez Dan Blacklock (@DanCakez) reported

@chris__pc I hear that all the time from foreigners, locals are overly familiar with WeChat so that's different. No one complained about MySpace or AOL at the time either. WeChat is bloated, outdated and generally a horrible role model.

  • alexwhalen Just Be Kind. That’s it. That’s all. (@alexwhalen) reported

In retrospect, AOL had started its slide into oblivion a few moths prior, but you will never convince me that wasn’t the day it signed it’s death warrant. Because we weren’t the only team that was fired like that. At least a half dozen other teams were gutted too, maybe more.

  • Teuvz Matthew Charlton (@Teuvz) reported

It's not the first time I see this happening - remember AOL Forums? IRC? Geocities? Myspace? Skyblog? MSN? Internet users are nomadic by nature but this time is a bit different: we're not moving because we found a nicer place, we're moving because an idiot set fire the village.

  • rico0473 william (@rico0473) reported

@elonmusk Look back at aol after the buy out , disaster hit . Don’t try to fix what’s not broke .

  • ChutBugger Snoke Clone Snow Cone (@ChutBugger) reported

@rellik_hunter69 @MarvelChampions 85k damage cap in AOL. Not sure the hit cap number, but if you don't hit them for too long, you'll lose your hit charges. So you have to also be agressive in long form content...I couldn't think of a better way to turn people off from AOL than they did.

  • rellik_hunter69 Rellik (@rellik_hunter69) reported

@ChutBugger @MarvelChampions I thought the damage was just in LOL? I have literally never taken a fight in AOL
