    @garryhamm1 17 for me. There were no phone booths around where I lived back then, just the pole or bldg mounted payphones with the short metal "walls". No waterbed ever. And I never had an AOL email.

    @UPMHPM @RagingKuJo1222 I have a problem with this, I predate some of these by so many years I don’t even know what they are, aol? Dial up? Floppy disk? I just got a cellphone and bypassed the computer age,, from rotary phone to smartphone in one move

    @0hour1 I loved AOl. It was my first internet service. Dial up was brutal but it's all I knew of back then.

    @exQUIZitely I don't envy their youth. They never got to know the joy of defragging, the intermittent soft clicking sounds as the hard drive moved data around like an Amazon warehouse, when DOOM FIRST came out and revolutionized FPSes, browsing games categories on AOL and cybering...

    The WWF Rumor Mill board on AOL in like 1998 was a wild place, people made their own factions. I’m not joking. Then AOL shut down the boards and everyone eventually migrated to boards hosted by the ACLU.
