Trying to get through to some ppl monitoring your call for service needed is a herculean effort .This is the second day I am trying to solve an AOL problem with an operator speaking broken English. Throwing up my hands in frustration .

@berningmama412 I never had a MySpace account. Not sure if I had an AOL address - I guess everyone on AOL has one, though. I used to do the free disc thing all the time. So I’m a 1 or 2.

@berningmama412 I got two. Never had an AOL account or owned an encyclopedia. Growing up my parents had multiple encyclopedias in the house but I myself have never owned one.
