I use to write a lot in my teens. I remember firing up Word 97 and typing down my thoughts and saving them all in floppy discs that I got free from AOL 💾 「1.44MB」. I'd just wipe them clean and save 😅. I wish I knew where those discs went. I need to get back into writing. 📝

@aolmail My AOL account disappeared in August this year. All my social media accounts are linked to it from years back. I can’t remember my 2 AOL security question answers & now my phone won’t update. Already lost Instagram & Facebook accounts today trying to rectify this, help!

@KingBlackBored Feels a bit like the AOL Time Warner merger (smaller scale). Two companies from two different worlds / generations trying to benefit from each other. Both cultures didn't match and couldn't be integrated. Worst deal in history. I'm not sure web3 can work in old cos settings
