Growing up, I tried to use aol and MSN to talk with friends but I could never get used to it. Twitter has been the most talkative I've been and I hate that this is happening. Long story short, if I add you on discord and disappear for months/years, I still think of you fondly

With all @Twitter @verified **** going on, revenue slump, mass lay-offs, work from home policy changes, people leaving the network.. if @elonmusk will pull this off, it will be huge achievement, otherwise the biggest failure after AOL..

@GetSpectrum BEWARE…. Their product is horrible. Their tech support is worthless. It’s simply all around a inferior product. You remember AOL? It’s similar.

@MuellerSheWrote I can’t find anyone. Search doesn’t work well and the servers are insanely slow. I feel like I’m waiting for AOL in 1998.

  • Maggie19951 Maggie May (@Maggie19951) reported

@BamaBonds @elonmusk That’s almost as bad as as the AOL/TW deal.

  • MeghanOlynciw Meghan Olynciw (@MeghanOlynciw) reported

@LIVEpositivity The AOL CD’s that constantly came in the mail to get you to download and sign up for their service.

  • dpjart dpjart (@dpjart) reported

@Ninergirl99 I’m down. I know how to work aol chat better than a zoom meeting.

  • starredSkipper Kimi♠️キミ》🇨🇦 in 🇯🇵 pls 🔞 (@starredSkipper) reported

Trying to use discord for communication is still so weird to me. I never enjoyed using aol and MSN for chatting so sorry if I add you and disappear

  • MilosParrots Portable No to Joe Parrot $8 (@MilosParrots) reported

@still_pig NEVER FORGET! that "Social" media has never been anything more than gussied up versions of the old AOL Hub chatrooms that Mark, and Jack, and Elon, and The Chinese Communist Party realized they could make some serious capitalistic what the market will bear cash off of.

  • brizilla brian bedol (@brizilla) reported

Suddenly AOL Time Warner doesn’t look so bad.
