It doesn't matter if it's Windows, iOS, Chrome, Android, AOL, AWS, or whatever garden you happen to be walled inside, as long as someone else owns the wall, your idea is subject to toll boothing at best, and assimilation at worst. Don't believe me? Remember Internet Explorer?

@aaronbarr You may be right, and may be wrong, but I am not going to support regulation based on a feeling that something might get better just because people feel we need to "do something" - doing the wrong thing has massive consequences. See, e.g., AOL and "breast cancer".

@AOL I tried calling your number and got no help just a bunch of automated crap so how about texting me the code instead of sending it to an email that I do not have. The number to text is 1-207-671-0118

@JimRosicaFL @VoteRandyFine @JoeGruters Good luck using aol online and Huawei products. Examine your conscience first and demand accountability from those you blindly support. Lead,follow, or get out of the way. Since u can’t seem to figure out option 1 and 2, might I suggest option 3?

@questlove I am old, yes, but born in 1976. I keep the AOL address because it's now my 'spam' account. I only use it for buying things and so it's full of garbage. I don't ever give it out to people though, so the point is moot.
