Reminder for later: Never have an event in West Palm Beach, Florida. There seems to be nowhere in this town where cellular coverage or WIFI performance is better than 1999 aol dialup. The convention center might as well not have any Internet.

@romaverda The funny reason is because I never shut up. So I say it's an ironic name, but the real reason was during the AOL days I was a huge Jay and Silent Bob fan so I created the name Silentsoto and it stuck as my gamer tag and username everywhere else.

Bad analogy #1: For oldskool devs and techies it feels like the time when everyone is getting onto the internet, playing A/S/L on Yahoo Msger or AOL while you discover earliest forums on Slashdot Now imagine being able to build a 1:1 rapport with CmdrTaco? That's @dhof for you

Microsoft just genuinely makes some of the worst software out there. SO annoying that I have to use it for work. I feel like we're going back to the stone age. Who is on their dev team? The people who made the dial-up AOL sound?
