@Gunntwitt @Derick_Fabert My parents house had a hardwired rotary phone with a 25 ft cord. We didn't get a cordless phone until AFTER my dad installed @AOL just so he could disconnect the dial up service from the bedroom if he thought we'd been on to long. Oh the joys of 7.7k/s

Can't believe I paid AOL actual money to help me get back into my old email, just so that I could delete old social medias that I had gotten locked out of.

@breanna_monique That really sucks! I’m sorry that you had that experience. I used to chat with a lot of wrestlers back in the AOL Grandstand days. Out of the many that I got to know, Brian Pillman, Sr. was the worst. I was a friend of Tony Khan too. Good kid

  • smithjonathan Jonathan Smith (@smithjonathan) reported

@seed_sewer @fesshole Doing that with the computer mags I used to buy would lead to a big pile of cards, booklets, AOL CDs and other advertising crap.

  • nietzbux nietzbux (@nietzbux) reported

@X__Anderson David always said the logic of one winner never made sense, hence the "Everyone can just use AOL" in the 90s, or "Everyone can just use BTC or ETH" now. People want options, competition. Then, they can pick what's best for them. ****'s, The SEC, etc, all have it wrong.

  • BrakObama6 Earl of Sandwich (@BrakObama6) reported
