  • nils_gilman Nils Gilman (@nils_gilman) reported from Los Angeles, California

Time Warner didn’t live-tweet its meltdown after acquiring AOL. Daimler didn’t broadcast every day about the catastrophe of the Chrysler acquisition. Kmart and Sears died quietly together. MSFT and Nokia kept it on the down low, so did Google and Motorola, eBay and Skype, etc.

Crypto feels like the exciting days of AOL, Yahoo Chat rooms, and trading Pokémon cards, except now that it's Discord, Twitter, and NFTs. I've never had so much fun since then.

  • Smamfa75 Sam (@Smamfa75) reported

@Fazza69 2 never had MySpace or an AOL account

  • saranu Sunny R. (@saranu) reported

@hMONEYrao @a_shahaha @AOL If you set the away message prior to losing signal or have a default message set for no signal then anytime the iMessage/iCloud service detects a failure to deliver it can fall back on that message

  • comat0se Mike (@comat0se) reported

@M1SJE @drfrasher @dl6kbg That's weird because I find eQSL to be the worst overall experience by far. 1990s AOL-like era website and confusing as hell. I personally use QRZ and then export to LOTW. Very simple and intuitive.

@stephaniemain2 1 for me never had MySpace and I still use AOL

@celistaimaani @AOLSupportHelp My account was banned recently but with the help of superb_cr4ks on Instagram,I got my account back in no time

  • gwestr Greg Wester (@gwestr) reported

Elon using TSLA order flow to buy Twitter for $50B is our generation’s AOL Time Warner moment. A gargantuan destruction of equity capital at the top of the bubble built on bad CLTV assumptions. Crushed by market rate debt and a closed IPO window.

@Deathsjoker Wow, I have only 1 point. Never had an AOL email.
