The Invasion angle should've been the most epic moment in Wrestling. Without all the major stars from WCW, it never lived up to those expectations. Very disappointing. There also was no Twitter to explain those AOL contracts for those stars too. #RuthlessAggression

@AOL Aol should get their stories straight. Tried to lower my costs and agreed to $5 plan, but still being billed $18.95. Can't get right person to correct problem. HELP. Long time user of AOL. HELP!!! Thanks in advance.

@RoraPickles ICQ was the first PM service I ever used. The first online service I used was called GNN, they were bought out by AOL by version 2.5 and then it was fully integrated into AOL with the release of version 3.

@aolmail Hi there. My spam folder is constantly getting clogged up with mail that is VERY obviously not legit. 22 emails in less than 2 hours and this is becoming the norm. Have you relaxed your spam filters because I’ve never had this much blatant spam making it through?

@aceboogie_11 @RamKaY_ @aaronrift 2 years later wouldn't have made sense. There wouldn't have been a WCW/ECW to invade WWF. The issue was that after Turner got bought out the top guys' contracts were with AOL/Time Warner rather than WCW so Vince couldn't get them for pennies on the dollar like he did the company.

I’ll watch documentaries where people are swept up in scams by false love interests, and the always ridiculous cringey stories the conmen come up with that the victims buy into I’m like- some of you never spent hours in AOL rp chat rooms talking to unhinged strangers and it shows

@logic_denier that was normal september, when freshmen logged on for the first time and needed to be taught netiquette eternal september was when AOL added newsgroup support, swamping communities with unmanageable endless waves of newbies and destroyed their norms
