Oh yes also learned there’s a really weird bot network that pops up when you talk about someone’s aol getting hacked and then they direct you to contact a bunch of scam accounts on Instagram. Forgot about that part.

Can someone please explain how #Comcast seems to have suffered the biggest national #outage I've ever seen (& I remember the '90s AOL outage that cost them thousands of users), but I have yet to see it mentioned on national news? Over 67% of the US (Comcast): total blackout!? WTF

@ChaseReid5 Idk… maybe rendering the internet useless and returning it to its state when AOL and Prodigy were the big fish… isn’t a bad idea? Lol.

  • Josh_PlainTalk Josh (@Josh_PlainTalk) reported

Even AOL is down. I didn’t know AOL still existed. Kinda wishing I had one of those CDs with 13 free hours right now (and a CD drive).

  • monarchdiaries The Monarch Diaries (@monarchdiaries) reported

@EnergyCredit1 Yep. And 430,000 people watched AOC play a video game on Twitch. I think the issue is more FB's creepy "walled garden" thing. Basically it's AOL 2.0. And FB is boring; Roblox by contrast has a massive user base.

@theKamranZamani @TheDrewman70 @cnnbrk When my mom pick up phone it mess up my AOL dial up connection real bad

  • Real_Poobah The Grand Poobah (@Real_Poobah) reported

If anyone was unsure that @Yahoo is a walking dead, now you have ultimate proof. Went to check on an account that I only use for online transactions that are likely to generate spam. Was greeted with a message to log in with Yahoo, Gmail or.... AOL. AOL? WTF? 90s not over?

  • Hot_Carl_B Carl Bettencourt (@Hot_Carl_B) reported

It’s funny watching all you losers talk about the internet outage. I’m over here laughing, having been swiftly connected to AOL with my 28.8bps modem and my landline.

@LuvsThePack Oh damn i remember blackplanet!!!! But ima go with AOL.... what was before that. Like commodore, or was that just a type of computer lol

@HHaggerd @saylor @steve_hanke Lol, a noob here trying to "fix bitcoin". Bitcoin is what TCP/IP is today, not AOL.
