After much mediation and soul searching, I figured out what my New Years resolution for online stuff is... get better at replying to messages on Twitter, Instagram and Discord. I have not seen so many messages not replied to since I checked my AOL in 10th grade...7k email!

@rdrhwke Today, I noticed in a Top Story lead in headline posted by AOL, a word was misspelled. And this wasn’t the first time. The other day I noticed misspellings and grammar errors in an official form distributed by my hospital. More evidence that this country is going down the toilet.

@aolmail I had a specific problem. Your "helper" apparently cannot understand what I stated - I am a professional journalist. I know how to explain things. I am baffled that someone on the aol mail team cannot seem to fathom what I'm talking about..
