randomly remembered being aol friends with someone and they were like “i hate when ppl log off without saying bye” and i remember losing my internet privileges and never getting a chance to say bye properly gksbfkbekfbr i think i said brb to them and never spoke to em again

@MikeBusby6 386SX or DX? Because running chemical engineering programs on an SX was...awful... Yes, and those CS/AOL bills were awful, you could only play the signup games for so long. Not to mention, long distance phone calls were a thing then too.

I miss having a desktop computer. getting a snack and a drink, sitting down for hours and downloading a bunch of music from limewire while checking out the AOL chats.
