@salamisanwhich @AOL @PressSec They never had it affect them. My neighborhood was looted twice and boarded up for months. It's why I left. Try going to a boarded up store that has nothing to sell because it's all been stolen. Or you can't get your prescriptions because they were stolen.🤔🤔

  • MartyC909 Martin Olague (@MartyC909) reported

@latimes I've followed Warner Bros. and their terrible decisions for 25 years now, starting when AOL/Time Warner sold WCW to WWF for pennies on the dollar. I wish I wasn't surprised.

@LegionHoops These 2 bozos are moron Comparing AOL with modern internet. AOL is an Internet Service Provider like Sprint etc. It still exists. I wouldn't have been lost in the discussion of these morons if they're comparing dialup internet over broadband

  • DavidClinchNews David Clinch (@DavidClinchNews) reported

@BenMullin @jtoonkel @eshap I used to work for a company called CNN, which was very profitable. That company was merged within Warner, AOL, ATT and now Discovery. Is it any more, or less, profitable than it would have been if it had never been merged/swallowed? I’d love to see an analysis.

  • Griffin3Tres Tres Griffin (@Griffin3Tres) reported

Damn. In hindsight, we really were preteens/teens old up in AOL chat rooms likely chatting with predators and groomers and not thinking a thing of it…

  • LawyeronWheels Ralph Strzalkowski,jd,llm, mgr Lawyer on wheels (@LawyeronWheels) reported

@abigguitar @BLFactsRule @THR Businesses have shareholders. The point of any business is to reduce debt and make money and clearly what they have had at Warner was not working but it is the same problem you previously had with AT&T AOL and time your other option is to shut it down altogether
