@TheRickWilson What the hell is this garbage? It reads like an insult from a chat room on AOL from twenty years ago.

@WhiskeyDave4 @Shakadoowadman @AOC His space program wouldn't exist without support from the US Gov. So those "free rides" for astronauts have been paid for. And he only let Ukraine use starling for free for a limited time. Like AOL used to do by leaving those free cds with a week long free trial all over.

@Artemisapphire @johnzaozirny Like the story of AOL's early spam filter refusing to allow anyone from Scunthorpe to register an account because there is a rude word in the middle of the town name.

@trendless Yeah that is true to some extent, for some platforms. The Sierra Network was really great in its early years. By the time it was INN, the life had gone out of most of it. Usenet & AOL were never any good, imo. Structure was wrong from the outset.

@pressreset @Foone I ran WC! With four v.everything lines. Between AOL and broadband, it wound down, and one day I just shut it down. It was a bit sad, but numerous other local systems would just shut down without notice.

Hey does anyone else remember RP as their favorites on AOL and you spent hours carefully crafting your profile to give it a black background to hide the default text, like marital status, age etc, and then you wrote your terrible pseudo poetry song lyric description

I’ve never been on Only Fans, so I guess I can’t really speak to the hype. But considering I used to wait 15 minutes for titties to load on aol, I think the current free porn on the internet is more than sufficient.

Don’t know why @instagram hasn’t implemented hyperlinks in captions yet. Putting “link in bio” in the caption makes me feel like I’m using AOL internet service.
