    @AOLSupportHelp Thanks for your reply. Problem is my wife has already spent time on the phone with that department. Their bottom line seems to be anyone with access to an account can change the password and no one else with an equal right to access can do anything about it. What's our next move?

    @AOLSupportHelp My wife's late mother had an AOL account. A relative has recently hijacked the account and changed the password, preventing my wife from accessing the account. All efforts she has made with customer service to prove her legitimacy have failed. Can you assist?
