@AubryAndrews Qt…please tell me we aren’t still using that for “cutie”…someone reassure me, please. It was terrible in the AOL and ICQ days, and not much has changed. I also do not like the angle of his head. He’s sizing them up for a skin suit, no doubt.

@Tsalazar1987 @Panthers The best was having to call customer support. Log out of AOL to free up line for phone call. Hang up phone call to get on-line to try what customer support just told you. REPEAT.

hey @UPS did you know that i can't email you about a problem with my account because i don't have the password? Did you also know that the password reset email isn't working? We could talk about email abomination of @Verizon and @AOL, but how do I cancel my UPS account.

Somehow, Musk's now-"on hold" attempt to acquire Twitter reminds me of Time Warner's ultimately disappointing acquisition of AOL a quarter-century ago. Trying to remind myself of who Time was, who Warner was, and who AOL was, though all 3 brands still exist. People gave a crap?

@elonmusk Twitter going the route of AOL chatrooms. I give this platform maybe 2 years max unless/until you take the albatross off. Hyper-curation is NEVER going to be the answer. We have "block" & "mute" that's all we need. We're being managed like children in every aspect of our lives.🛑
