@Jordawesome I did tech support for AOL in the 90's. It was all just modem strings. I've been interested in looking for work in the "Chat" support deal. What's the requirements? WPM or something?

@WilsonCompanies Easy: taking shots at boomers wearing Old Guys Rule shirts Hard: building a $5 mil business from scratch using a fax machine and AOL email I have issues with some boomer culture but building businesses with hard *** work and savvy isn't one of them

@gannonbreslin Apple products are the AOL equivalent of hardware. Apple users are either trapped in the ecosystem or know **** all about technology and don't care to learn.

@JacalynLeake @nataliepayer @dee_bee_h I had a professor who used an AOL email instead of his campus email (with no forwarding) and I emailed my final paper to his campus email by mistake. I forwarded to his correct email a few hours late and he never corrected my grade. Im still furious

@EnergzdEconomy Yeah, before long. I mean, look at the evidence. 1. Blind Faith 2. AOL/Time Warner 3. That awful Justice League movie 4. 2003-2004 Shaq/Kobe/Mailman/G Payton Lakers 5. Any time as a kid you combined 9 different kinds of sodas at the 7-11/Wawa (depending where in NJ you're from)

Had a crush on a member who went under the AOL screen name "MangoMina". I remember being incredibly bummed when I realized I was never gonna chat with her again.

@Rob_Shenanigans @CHRlSBLAlN @benwinston As someone who was gutted both times, from my perspective the difference comes down to timing. Social media allowed Crew fans to unite quickly, many of whom had never met, and formed a collaborative that worked hard to get the message out. Dial-up AOL wasn't enough for Browns.

@jessbrammar Why didn't Verizon buy an ISP in the UK? That's their core business in the US and it never made sense that they had a foot in the UK without network capacity. They could even have gotten the remnants of UK AOL email accounts if they'd bought one of them!
