@darkpinkdivine The aol feels heavy now and it’s moving hella slow. Lol

  • BraidTug Braid-Tug (@BraidTug) reported from Bedford, Texas

@HagneSanti @brother_Buddha @MarcelleX It has some history from the AoL not in the books. Is more a culture read. Less encyclopedia. Also, disappointing art. Artist got rushed by contract changes. So I feel bad for them, but still don't like the character art.

  • SaintPablo93 Pablo Panda (@SaintPablo93) reported from Irving, Texas

This lady still uses AOL gah damn.

@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern: I was learning how to design & build sites on the AOL service in the 90s. I created a gorg site....but a 2-hour download at 2400 baud at launch. Thought I was cooked. I spent all of Xmas week redesigning & rebuilding it so it DLd in fewer than 15 minutes & lived. <3

  • gooseus Gooseus (@gooseus) reported

@VijarKohli @azeem I think this login graphic released in AOL 4.0. I started on 3.x and was a beta tester for 4.0... I thought I was the coolest kid in school. I was not.

  • TheRealTanHalen Jeff Benken (@TheRealTanHalen) reported

@SmarksW @THEVinceRusso Ratings really don’t mean anything at the end of the day! So, more eyes were on the garbage that was 2000 and 2001 WCW… is that business still in business? CNN, AOL/Time Warner wanted absolutely nothing to do with WCW, saw absolutely no value of it. Viewers ≠ success

  • joan8904 joan o'reilly (@joan8904) reported

@wxdam Prodigy, Compuserve, AOL. Any service that might turn out to be the eventual ‘winner’. When I first joined AOL, it was not connected to the rest of the internet. It was a closed system.

  • ppgosavi Pramod Gosavi (@ppgosavi) reported

@marshalllarson @jasonlk Technically yes, COGs is cost of revenue. If you are providing free service for marketing (assuming they convert in future) then it goes under ***. Remember AOL?

  • CancerFzckinsux cancersucks.eth 🧙‍♀️💚🍌🦑🦓🦍 (@CancerFzckinsux) reported

@An0nym0usNobody Yepp lets go. Never had AOL just the messenger. And goddam tried to see something i typed come across the bottom of TRL

  • yang_baiqian 🌟casee🌟 (@yang_baiqian) reported

@meilovesdramas @blueminglusi i liked aol for some parts of the drama but i dropped it after watching it to the halfway mark bc i felt like it was just being dragged on. this is my personal problem but give AOL a shot after you watch LaR. although i didnt get to finish to the end, the osts are pretty 👌

  • UXinKC Casey Hill👻 (@UXinKC) reported

@azeem After upgrading from Windows 3.1, I finally could install AOL from 3.5 floppies.💾 I used Internet Explorer 2 to view my Geocities “web page” that took me about a week to build. The CGI stock ticker was really cool. I never understood why IE 2 didn’t work w/o AOL running 1st.🤔
