@SaverSms @VerizonSupport I had the same issue starting last night. Could use web but not outlook on my PC and not on my iPhone. Just spent over an hour with AOL support. Got everything fixed but very frustrating. My suggestion is to call and have 🥃 close by.

@VerizonSupport I KNOW that! We've been Verizon/AOL customers, using the same Verizon email address for YEARS! I have no problem logging in to the AOL web page or to the email on our iPhone. It's only MS Outlook that's causing us grief.
