@NonbinarySaru Because all of the emojis someone could have picked, they went with the basic smile. That's not even the default smile, it's the toned down one. So either they're being passive aggressive... or they are old like me and they're still living that MSN/AOL instant messenger life.

@AOLSupportHelp a week on from my report and I still see loads of people with the same issue. Why can’t I access my email? Says password invalid and can’t reset it. It has everything I need there including my dog and car insurance certificates. No one is replying!
