But if I’m not mistaken he was in line behind me entering the LA Guns show in LA, we used to talk rasslin on AOL during my Metal Blade years. Somewhere Joe Ptacek is shaking his head muttering “LA Guns, what n fn poser” lol.

@thedigitalyenta Oh yeah. I used to work at a company that sold courses to teachers to help them move up on the payscale. The number of aol emails that were “Maryknits66” or “sixnineismightyfine” was astonishing.

@Maximum_Chess @InaneDragon Okay...Does this mean you can say whatever you want inside a Wal-Mart without consequence? (I have my issues with said company, but examples are necessary here.) No, you do not have protection from consequences on private property. Twitter has similar, a TOS. (Even AOL did.)

Back in the day we were using Citrix Remote Desktop to mirror all the activity on the rig. Satellite internet and remote desktop was slow as ****. It’s like having AOL dial-up in 1998.
