@Hurstcules @jonleeart Brian, first time long time. - since you would be more familiar. The kid is using AOL in the beginning and I thought AOL and IMing didn’t work like that till 97 or so. I’ll hang up and listen.

@AOLSupportHelp I PAID for your email support service & have been trying to get through for more than a hour! On hold with terrible music. Where is the customer service, AOL?

  • J_Kane J Dawg 🍥 (@J_Kane) reported

@PaulPublisher @hrestey @tishray How many times did you get in trouble from parents for swiping their credit cards for the 50 free AOL hours (then forget to cancel)?

  • thewarontesla TheWarOnTesla (@thewarontesla) reported

@UntoldEVStories You forget that The Source, Prodigy, and CompuServe were all there pushing hard (Prodigy had over 1000 employees in 1988), creating a lot of mainstream public market share for online services. AOL was 90s and was *never* a relentless innovator like Tesla.

  • Wabbit87 Sonynobaloney (@Wabbit87) reported

@AOLSupportHelp I’ve lost almost 3 years of emails from my account. Can you help retrieve them please?

  • nicolewrytr Nicole M. Pensiero (@nicolewrytr) reported

@AOLSupportHelp Where were these details sent? How do I get a live person on the phone? I paid for the service so I could talk to a live person. How come no one can help me get the service I paid for? I can’t believe that AOL would be this lousy. I really am so frustrated.

  • Web98 Christian Weber (@Web98) reported

@MinvstrD @EnviroDevlopmt Ok well then I am an exception, never AOL for me.

  • nicolewrytr Nicole M. Pensiero (@nicolewrytr) reported

@AOLSupportHelp @AOL So I pay for a support service through AOL then wait on hold for an hour and then get a message saying “we cannot help you - call back at another time.” I think this wins the award for lousy customer service. #badcustomerservice

  • AbstractAstraea Astra (Lost Star) (@AbstractAstraea) reported

@redtreesredlips Take all of the completed film reels, burn them, melt down the ashes in acid, delete every digital copy, destroy every hard drive they were ever housed on, reappropriate every bluray as an AOL disk, and send in the MIB to neuralize everyone who has talked to someone that saw it.

  • Gruff27575195 Gruff (@Gruff27575195) reported

Why does AOL suck so bad ? Do they get a special tax deduction for suction ?
