    AOL gave us internet for free* *well not free but they gave out trial disc's in everything. You pretty much never had to pay.

    It was about 1 hour ago when I heard the talk about aol .com (aol .de in my case) during @WVFRM podcast and if anyone is using this service provider any more… that said literally 1 hour 10 Mins later somebody has sent me an Email through #AOL I mean.. what?! #deprecatedService

    @trumanboyes I was on the internet before there was a world wide web. Before there were service providers. Before Google, before AOL, before Compuserve... When you had to find a newsgroup feed from a friend/colleague. I got mine from Fermilab, which had defense and educational connections.

    Ethereum is like the AOL of Blockchain, it was the first mover and had the biggest network the but the technicals did not make sense for the use case. Ethereum is broken

    @gmail I have always reported them as spam and nothing yet. They addressed to my email at gmail at aol at yahoo. It’s just garbage
