@BluSuitDillon Not sure this will change my mind we already knew there was some customer concentration risks. They will still need someone to provide the services. This could also be a tailwind if apollo sticks with them / turns things around operationally for acquired assets (yahoo/aol?)

@AdamSinger At Huff / AOL NYC we had 2 sensory deprivation rooms called "Napquest 1" and "Napquest 2" At AOL DC we had an old vibrating massage chair sitting in the middle of the ground floor, on the way to the cafeteria. I never saw anyone using it.

@kevinriggle @AlFl But I think a lot of our shortsightedness stems from the simple fact that we never really wrapped our heads around the reality of the rapid growth and impact. The problems that arose when AOL started giving people access should have been a warning of what was to come.
