The year is 2032....XRP is number 1 in total market cap...and BTC and ETH are the 2022 version of aol and yahoo when aol and yahoo were #1 and #2 in 2000 before the march dot com crash. They said Lehman brothers was too big to fail also in 2008. Kek

@Ryan17654046 @daphnehk They are not judging the wisdom, but rather trying to navigate the doublespeak. If you want to talk about courts legislating from the bench, talk about Zeran. Possibly one of the worst opinions I have ever read. Read the dissent in Doe v. AOL for a real evisceration of Zeran.
