@AmazonHelp well. it worked last night. today it says that it is updating when I turn it on. and now it doesn’t work. it’s trying to stream @hbomax and after four attempts starting the app, it’s now playing it like aol dialup and has given me errors twice. what should I do to troubleshoot?

@aolmail when are you going to roll back that awful update? From the reviews it looks pretty unpopular. Think "New Coke." Think "If it ain't broke..." Really. We hate it.

@KremlinBunker @KCBailey88 @AOLSupportHelp I use BlueMail app on my android phone and tablet which stopped working with AOL, but thunderbird email on my pc unaffected. I don't want to use the AOL email app as BlueMail and my pc handle multiple email accounts. The app password fixed the problem though.

@samriegel @sherlock_hulmes Silly question, perhaps, but did England have AOL? Was there an early dial-up service better branded for non-Americans online? I may look it up, but this post made me wonder. Some products expand beyond their naming, and I was curious if this was one of them.

@AOLSupportHelp Sorry, not signing onto another terms of service that enables even more intrusion into my account—there is no category for e-mail, anyway. I think you got the message, at least I hope so.

@KCBailey88 @KremlinBunker @AOLSupportHelp Log in to your AOL account, go to account settings and select generate app password. Copy and paste this in to the password setting on your mail app and this will fix it.

@AOL Your most recent build of your .@AndroidDev App jumps from an open email to the email list whenever a new email arrives. This is EXTREMELY aggravating. Please. FIX IT!!!
